The Trees and Tacos Arboricultural Career Fair on Friday, September 6, is a one-stop shop for discovering meaningful, exciting careers working with trees.
Speak to arborists and urban foresters about their work and discover open positions that provide training on the job. There will be live demonstrations, career talks, trucks and equipment on display, as well as vendor booths to get familiar with the many job opportunities in the tree care industry.
A taco truck will have free tacos for the first 100 participants. There will be a raffle at the end of the event. Stop by the booths of participating organizations to receive raffle tickets.

This event will be held at Thatcher Woods in River Forest on Friday, September 6, 2024, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Tree care companies, park districts, forest preserves, and other organizations will have information about careers in tree care at booths and tables located throughout the event.
